weber.therm XP is the new generation of External Wall Insulation systems and uses specially designed mineral one-coat renders.

The machine applied process dramatically reduces application and scaffold time when compared to traditional, multi-coat systems. It is suitable for all insulation types and simplifies wall construction within the new build sector. It can also be used for the refurbishment of existing buildings, including non-traditional housing, facilitating the decoration and remodelling of tired facades and extending the life of the building by keeping the old structure warm and stable. weber.therm XP offers a wide colour palette and is available in 12 standard and 24 non-standard shades. Providing efficient thermal insulation which eliminates interstitial condensation by creating a ‘warm wall’ construction, it is recommended by the Energy Saving Trust and is BBA approved.

weber.therm XM is a high performance, lightweight External Wall Insulation system protected by meshcloth-reinforced polymer renders.

The system is suitable for use on most buildings and can be finished with synthetic coatings, mineral render, aggregate or brick-effect render, facilitating the decoration and remodelling of tired facades and extending the life of existing buildings by keeping the old structure warm and stable. It can also be used within the new build sector, simplifying wall construction. Weber.therm XM has a high performance water-shedding range of finishes to protect the building fabric and its low K-value insulants allow thinner insulation to be used, or higher standards to be achieved. It is available in a comprehensive range of colours and textures and is BBA approved. In addition, it is NSAI approved up to 30 years design life on existing properties and 60 years on new properties.

weber.rend RB is the combination of two polymer-modified mortars, used together to create a brick-effect finish which can be applied to the weber.therm XM EWI system.

The mortar joints are created using a special tool to cut through the face material into the contrasting colour beneath to give the illusion of a pointing mortar and provide a realistic brickwork effect. Providing a cost-effective alternative to bricks, it is available in a choice of base and face colours and has an established track record in varying climatic conditions.
